Baby Gracie's First Christmas

so this year even though she is only a month, baby grace had her first christmas... she did pretty good, not too much fussing or whining... i got to feed her, and just a few days before i actually got a smile from her... and yes it was a real smile and not just a gassy smile... her eyes lit up and she was looking straight at me and then she smiled... even laura saw it and she said it was a good smile... i cant believe it, babies just grow and learn so quickly... so here are a few pictures so you can all see how quickly she is growing. (and if the pics are working i am very sorry)

here she is waving... as you can tell, but she looks a bit dazed, i think it might have been after she just ate... who knows.

this is an outfit that laura wore when she was a babe... i love the hearts on the knees...so precious, and she barely fit it.

Last Pictures of the Puppies

Ok, so i havent posted for a long time, but i have been crazy busy... you know how it goes. so anyway, the last of the pups left of christmas eve, and i thought i would do a last post of them so you can see how cute they really were...
so first of all there was dane... he went to a friend of a friend and his name is now monty... im sure they love him lots and are enjoying him greatly... its nice to know who the pups are going to so that you can see how they grow up. dane (aka monty) was very playful and loved to chew on your toes, he also loved the camera, every time i opened my camera it made a sound and dane would come running, he was also very cuddly and loved to lie with you. anyway, here are some great pics of dane (aka monty).

above are when he was about 6 weeks old

these were taken the day he went to his new family... the mohawk is when i gave him a bath... he was not too happy with me after that.

next is jack. he went to an older man that i am assuming was told he needed to start going for walks, well he didnt want to be on his walk alone as he likes to talk to someone, so he decided a dog would be best. he seemed very nice, kinda like an old farmer. well jack is a very adventurous dog who loved to get into trouble and chew things... especially shoes. he also was a bit shy and didnt like having pictures taken of him. he loved having the other pups to play with and would cuddle into your neck for protection. so again, here are some pics of jack.

this is when him and charlie got into the 'chill room' and made a bit of a mess... i guess there was a roll of toilet paper in the room, and of course they found it... what little rascals.

and last but not least is charlie... he was the largest puppy and had wavy hair where the rest had silky hair. he was very cuddly and loved to lie by your feet when you were taking your shoes off or on, or just standing there. he loved to chew on your hair and ears. he was a lump of a sweetheart. he was very calm and docile and even though he was the biggest one and could probably beat the other pups up, he would always let them play and usually was the one yelping at the end of their play time. he went to a couple in white rock that seemed to love him very much, i think it was the dog they were looking for a while for. so here are some pics of charlie.

Baby Gracie

So as most of you know I am now an AUNTIE... yeah. so baby grace... or gracie was born on November 26th weighing in at 7 pounds even. she looks so darn cute. well here are the first of many, many pictures of her. CONGRATULATIONS LAURA AND JIM.

Playful Pups

i know i havent blogged for a long while, so here are the puppies now... they have grown quite a bit and they new favorite trick is to climb up onto their laundry bucket and watch whats going on from the top... here they all are one day after i came home from work... i guess they just cant see very well through the mesh... they are such little rascals... lol

this is dane chewing on a straw... the boys were blowing at them through straws to see what they would do, and i guess dane wasnt to happy about it, so he got the straw... what a cutie
