The Puppies Have Teeth

so the puppies are now 4 weeks old and they are getting their teeth in... im not sure if you can see the teeth in this pic, but its the best i have... they are so sharp and they are making eachother whine when they play now... its quite funny.

this is charlie and his stick... charlie has the most teeth and is the one that just love to chew anything... as you can see in the next picture as well...

charlie again... this is where he is hogging all the toys... he really loves his sock... i will have to post a picture of that as well... hopefully soon

as i said before the puppies have their teeth coming in so i thought this would be a great time to start them on hard food... well maybe i should give them bibs... lol. maybe not, but i will have to find a better way to keep their playpen clean... any suggestions...

Opa & Oma's 55th Wedding Anniversary

so this past weekend it was my opa and oma's 55th wedding anniversary dinner. the dinner was at northview golf and country club, and my was it good. to start the food was absolutely amazing... it started off with a salad with a raspberry vinaigrette, and it looked pretty cool, then they had the main course... i had the chicken... wow, what can i say, it melted in your mouth... and then for dessert they had a cheese cake and a chocolate layer cake... i ended up with the cheese cake, and guess what... it was fabulous... so that was the food...

then we had an open mic... i went up, but i keep remembering more things that i wanted to say, so here it goes...
Opa, you have always been so helpful, i know you probably wont read this, but it makes no difference... i loved going to your house for dinner cause you always had the same food and you were always so thankful to have it. you would always pray before diner, and then end with the lords prayer. you were the rock, you were there if i needed help with math, and then when i was at bcit, you were there too. I thought, and still do think that you are so very smart, you always knew the answer to the questions... and i loved that. I remember you walking or biking with boof and scooter, fishing at derby reach (well i dont know how much i fished, but i do remember it fondly even if i didnt enjoy it at the time), and how you would sit in your chair and read the newspaper... i loved the steadiness you provided. and now i love it how you let us hug you even though im sure you dont always know who we are... and i love it that you called oma your flower, it was only once but it was very sweet.

Oma, you have been there to help me through a lot of things even though you dont know it... i told you that i still have that verse you gave me, and i do, i remember it all the time, and it has helped countless times... thank you. i remember playing boggle with you, and now no one will play with me because i beat them... thanks for the training :). i also remember you coming over for swims in the pool, and how whenever you crossed the field the cows would give you a hard time because they thought you were bringing them food. as well i also remember you picking me up while i was walking to the city bus because i missed the school bus... thanks. I know you want whats best for me, and you help me realize it. and now since we dont live next door to eachother we email, and i love that, i mean the fact that my oma can email is great, as well, playing rummy cub with you when i come over, and helping you figure out different computer problems... such as 'my start menu is now on the side of the screen and i dont know how it got there'. i also love it that you are so patient with opa, you love him and care for him even if doesnt remember, it takes a lot of patience and you have an abundance.

So that is that, Opa and Oma, Happy 55th Anniversary, you both have been such a great influence in my life and i am so thankful for that.
Love you both

I Am A Killer

shall i explain... well on my way to my oma and opas 55th wedding anniversary (a celebration of life and love) i ran over a squirrel... me... i mean i love most animals... granted if it was a big spider, i would have been happy, but a squirrel... with their fuzzy tails and cute little sounds... oh i felt so bad... and it was running across the road and then rethought his decision and ran back, and then met my tire... and even worse is like a second after my brother who i was driving with phones my other brother and tells him, and then they laugh about it... im distraught, and they are laughing... what great brothers i have. well thats it... i am a killer.
